Phase diode rectifier is reasonable to reverse the voltage to 800V.This device's average rectified current is zero volts.A forward current of 6A is allowed.Surge currents are limited to 400A.A 150pF value can be delivered based on the capacitance.The datasheets show a peak reverse of 5μA, as shown in the data chart.
