GBU10J Overview


This device operates from a forward voltage of 10A.Basically, rectifier is a type of electronic component that is available in a 4-SIP, GBU package.There should be a monrectifieroring of the reverse leakage current and rectifier should not be allowed to exceed 5μA.Operating at the temperature of -55°C~150°C TJ ensures its normal operation.Surge current should be monitored and not be allowed to exceed 220A.There is a peak reverse voltage of 5A which is used to power this device.
