Tape & Reel (TR) is used for packaging.The 40-TFQFN Exposed Pad package includes H bridge to save money.The supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V can improve reliabilbridge drivery.In the way of Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted.Motor driver H bridge's operating temperature enables -40°C~150°C TJ to function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many uses, H bridge motor driver can be found in Synchronous Buck Converters as well.As H bridge ic of its specific characteristics, it also possesses Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag.This is an electronic H-bridge of the XS™ DrMOS series.
