FDMF6840C Overview
Packaged using Tape & Reel (TR).Cost savings are achieved by including H bridge in the 40-PowerTFQFN package.Based on 4.5V~5.5V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.Mounted on Surface Mount.In order for -40°C~150°C TJ to function normally, motor driver H bridge needs to be kept at a certain temperature.H bridge motor driver can be used for a variety of purposes, including Synchronous Buck Converters.Using Surface Mount, the board is mounted.Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag is also one of full bridges specific characteristics.A signal interface uses 40 pins as pronged contacts.Through the pins of the power supply and output, there is a current of 50A.There are integrated 1 drivers in the system.
