FDMF5820TDC Overview
To package H bridge, use Tape & Reel (TR).In an effort to save money, H bridge is included in the 31-PowerWFQFN package.With the 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.There is a mounting of H bridge circuit in Surface Mount.As long as -40°C~125°C TJ operates at the right temperature, motor driver H bridge will operate normally.H bridge motor driver has many applications, including DC-DC Converters, Synchronous Buck Converter.The PCB is mounted wH gateh Surface Mount.Bootstrap Circuit, Diode Emulation, Status Flag is another of full bridges specific characteristics.It is used as a pronged contact as H bridge ic of a signal interface when 31 pins are used.Basically, it is an electronic H-bridge that belongs to the PowerTrench® series.An ambient temperature of 60A determines the maximum load current that a power supply can deliver.
