EP2S90H484C4 Overview
A 484-BBGA, FCBGA package contains it, and it is available for download. There are FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY transistors in this type of FPGA. Its 308 I/Os help it transfer data more efficiently. A fundamental building block contains 90960 logic elements or cells. Power is provided by a 1.2V-volt supply. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. FPGAs belonging to the Stratix® II series are a type of FPGA that belong to the Stratix® II series of FPGAs. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the 0°C~85°C range at all times when the unit is in use. During the installation of this device, 300 outputs were incorporated. In total, there are a total of 484 terminations on fpga chips. For related parts, use its base part number EP2S90. Power is supplied to the device by a 1.21.5/3.33.3V battery. 90000 gates make up the basic block of its construction. In order to make the architecture work, 36384 CLBs are used. In order to keep this FPGA from malfunctioning, the supply voltage should be greater than 1.15V.
