On the board, there is also a 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package that saves space.Surface Mount is used for RF transceiver's mounting.There is no doubt that this is a very efficient and reliable TxRx + MCU.Advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability.The transceiver RF circuit board is designed with 48 pins.Transceiver is included in the Surface Mount mount.Frequency 2.4GHz is the basis of operation.
