As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 4-SMD Module packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 32V in continuous reverse-bias mode. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 32V. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 10nA even without light input.
