DSS2X41-01A Overview
Using a forward voltage monitoring system is recommended, and the forward voltage should never exceed 500 µA.There will be no operation of this device when the forward voltage is set to 1.05V.40 A is its maximum output voltage.In order to prevent the surge current from exceeding 450A, it should be monitored.There will be no operation of this device when the forward voltage is set to 40A.In devices such as this one, reverse voltage peak is set at 1mA.As a reverse biased semiconductor device, its maximal reverse leakage current is 1mA.115W heat is produced by this electronic or electrical device in the largest amount (energy loss or waste).
