DSEI2X31-06C Overview


The forward voltage should be monitored and should never exceed 250 µA.Devices that have a forward voltage of 1.6V will operate.The maximum output voltage is 30 A.Keeping the surge current under 320 A and preventing it from exceeding it should be the rule.Devices that have a forward voltage of 30A will operate.The reverse voltage peak of this device is 100μA.The maximal reverse recovery time for the forward current is 0.035 µs when it switches directions instantaneously due to residual stored charge.
