To save board space, the 484-BGA package is used.Packing is done according to the Tray method.A Surface Mount mounting type is used.A higher supply voltage for 1.8V 3.3V will improve efficiency.The operating temperature set at -40°C~85°C can offer reliable performance.Telecom switching configuration has 484 terminations.It operates with a voltage of 1.8V.In addition to telecom switching's base part number DS32508, it can be used to find other related parts.As a telecom IC, PCM TRANSCEIVER is used.
