DS3146N Overview
In order to save space on the board, the 349-BGA Exposed Pad package is used.Telecommunications equipment is packed using the Bulk method.Mounting type Surface Mount is used.1 circuits make up this telecom IC .Telecom circuit is possible to increase efficiency by providing 2.4V~5.5V with a higher voltage.At -40°C~85°C, reliable performance can be achieved.Telecom switching configuration contains 349 terminations.It operates at a voltage of 3.3V.Telecom switching's base part number of DS3146 can be used to find more related parts.The supply voltage of 3.3V enables designers to have a great deal of flexibility.For normal operation, the supply current should be kept at 480mA.6 transceivers are incorporated into telecommunication tools.
