DS3144 Overview
In order to save space on the board, 144-BGA, CSPBGA packages are used.Telecommunications equipment is packed in the Bulk-way.Telecommunications equipment is mounted with type Surface Mount.A 4-circuit composes this telecom IC .The voltage supplied to 3.135V~3.465V can improve efficiency.A temperature setting of 0°C~70°C ensures reliable performance.Configuration of the telecom circuit shows 144 terminations.A 3.3V supply voltage is required to operate it.A 144 pin is included in this telecom interface.By using telecom switching's base part number of DS3144, it is possible to find more related parts.A 290mA-volt supply current is used to operate telecom equipment .To offer designers much flexibility, it is powered by 3.3V voltage.When the supply current is at 320mA, the telecom IC will operate normally.
