DS3143 Overview
In order to save space on the board, the 144-BGA, CSPBGA package is used.Telecommunications equipment is packed using the Bulk method.Mounting type Surface Mount is used.3 circuits make up this telecom IC .Telecom circuit is possible to increase efficiency by providing 3.135V~3.465V with a higher voltage.At 0°C~70°C, reliable performance can be achieved.Telecom switching configuration contains 144 terminations.It operates at a voltage of 3.3V.There are 144 pins on this telecom interface.Telecom switching's base part number of DS3143 can be used to find more related parts.225mA is the supply current.The supply voltage of 3.3V enables designers to have a great deal of flexibility.For normal operation, the supply current should be kept at 250mA.
