DGD1003FTA-13 Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its V-DFN3035-8 package.A packaging method of MouseReel is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 10V ~ 20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C ~ 125°C (TA) is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.A high-side voltage can be set up to 150 V (Bootstrap).The basis of this system consists of 2 Output outputs.This device supports a current output of 290 mA, 600 mA at the output.Mosfet gate drivers produces a voltage of 0.1 V, 0.2 V.Gate drivers of this type are included in the - series.During operation, a voltage of 350 uA is applied to the power supply.
