DG303BDJ Overview


This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm), making it easy to ship abroad. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tube. For this switch device, it is feasible to have two supplies. However, the voltage should not exceed 22V. The voltage should be at least 7V if you are using dual power supplies. This product is integrated with an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SPST. Operating voltages of 15V are compatible with the electrical part. In order to operate the 4 inputs, there are several steps to follow. Resistivity from Drain to Source is 50Ohm for this electronic part.
