DA14580-01UNA Overview
The 34-UFBGA, WLCSP package saves space on the board. The RF transceiver's mounting method adopted is Surface Mount.Initially, it emerges as a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's high efficiency and a high degree of reliability.In order to provide high reliability, advanced transceiver RF' packaging Cut Tape (CT) is used.There are 34 pins on this transceiver RF circuit board.The mount is attached to Surface Mount.This system operates at 2.4GHz frequency.
