RMS current describes the current's average strength, regardless of its direction, and it has RMS current (Irms) of 75A.To ensure normal operation, the RMS on-state current must remain below 75 A.The repetitive peak off-state voltage of this device is 1600V; it is the maximum peak voltage permitted across it.Repetitive reverse voltage (Vrrm) is the maximum voltage a diode can withstand while operating in reverse-bias mode, and this device's maximal repetitive reverse voltage (Vrrm) is 1.6kV.An electrical, electromagnetic, or electronic device's holding current (hypostatic) is defined as the minimum current needed for it to remain in the 'ON' state.There can be a maximum leakage current of 5mA when insulation is effective on conductors, which indicates the effectiveness of insulation.A gate trigger current is the current required to change the state of a device from a blocked (Off) state to an unblocked (On), and this device has a DC gate trigger current-Max value of 100 mA.
