The STMicroelectronics CR95HF-VMD5T is a 32-pin VFQFPN EP T/R NFC/RFID read/write IC designed to operate in the 13.553MHz to 13.567MHz frequency range. It is a highly integrated device that combines a low-power RF transceiver, a microcontroller, and an EEPROM memory in a single package.
