There is a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package on the board that RF transceiver IC is used to save space. RF transceiver's mounting is done according to the Surface Mount method.With transceiver RF's high efficiency and reliable performance, it emerges as a TxRx + MCU.A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).32 pins are provided on the transceiver RF circuit board.Try searching for CC1310 variants of the transceiver.The mount is provided by Surface Mount.As the name implies, this RF transceiver is a kind of the famous SimpleLink™ series product line.In the 300MHz~930MHz frequency range, RF transceiver operates .
