There is a 32-VQFN Exposed Pad package on the board that RF transceiver IC is used to save space. RF transceiver's mounting is done according to the Surface Mount method.With transceiver RF's high efficiency and reliable performance, it emerges as a TxRx Only.A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).32 pins are provided on the transceiver RF circuit board.Try searching for CC1020 variants of the transceiver.The mount is provided by Surface Mount.In the 402MHz~470MHz 804MHz~960MHz frequency range, RF transceiver operates .
