There is also a 32-VQFN Exposed Pad package that RF transceiver IC is used to save space on the board. As far as RF transceiver's mounting is concerned, Surface Mount is adopted.TxRx Only emerges with transceiver RF's high efficiency and reliability.High reliability is achieved using advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).32 pins are on the transceiver RF circuit board.Using the CC1020 search parameter, you can discover variants of the transceiver.Surface Mount is the one that mounts transceiver.RF transceiver operates on the basis of the frequency of 402MHz~470MHz 804MHz~960MHz.
