This device supports on-state current maximally powered by 110000A.It is important for a normal operation of the device that the RMS on-state current be maintained under 109.9A.Repetitive peak off-state voltage is the maximum peak voltage allowed across the device, and the repetitive peak off-state voltage of this device is 400V.
