A cost-effective RF amplifier with NARROW BAND LOW POWER RF/Microwave device type.Input RF type CDMA, DECT, PHS of the RF amplifier.High reliability is achieved using advanced RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).Shipping overseas is convenient thanks to the RF power Amplifier's packaging in 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363.The mount Amplifiers RF should be done in the direction of Surface Mount.It is possible to supply 4.5V volts to the Amplifiers RF.It is powered by a RF Amplifiers' current of 10mA~20mA which is used for its operation.
