BC560 Descritpion

BC560 belongs to the family of low-noise PNP transistors that manufactured by ON Semiconductor for switching and amplification purposes. It comes with three pins, that is, emitter, base, and collection, all of which are used for external connections. It is able to drive loads under 100 mA as 100 mA collector current are carried.
