The analog input domain voltage should not be broken down below 15V.In capacitors, capacitance is the ability to store electric charge, and its capacitance ratio is 4.6 .Varactor has a tolerance of 4.32% on the diode cap.You can deliver a diode capacitance of 27.8pF through it.Moreover, the SC-79, SOD-523 package saves space.Conversion results are accurate when the peak reverse voltage is within 15V.
