A supply voltage of 1V~5V is sufficient for the transducers to operate well. It is possible to reach the maximum operating temperature of the transducers 140°C. Temperatures of the transducers cannot be below -40°C. The transducers can withstand a voltage of 5V. The transducers can operate at voltages as low as 1V.
