AZ574ZTR-E1 Overview
This program utilizes the handy TO-226-2, TO-92-2 (TO-226AC) package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Shunt signal.There is an external packaging of Tape & Box (TB).Adjustable forms are provided for user input.Use of Through Hole can increase the complexity of the PCB design.-20°C~75°C TA is suitable for work within this range.There are 0 input applications that can use the voltage reference.Through Hole is the right platform for the application.The maximum output voltage of the voltage reference ic amounts to 35V volts.Cathode currents of 1.5mA are generally considered to be correct.The lowest voltage output of the voltage reference ic is 31V.At 75°C degrees Celsius, it should be able to operate.As low as -20°C can be operated by it.This voltage is set to 31V.Voltage 35V would be the highest that the voltage reference circuit could send.Device package TO-92-2 of the voltage reference ic's supplier can be found here.
