The ON Semiconductor AX5031-1-TW30 is a high-performance, low-power RF transmitter IC designed for use in a wide range of wireless applications. It is a 20-pin QFN package with a wide range of features, including a low-noise amplifier, a power amplifier, a frequency synthesizer, and a low-IF receiver. The AX5031-1-TW30 is capable of transmitting data at up to 1 Mbps over a range of up to 500 meters. It is also capable of operating in the 2.4 GHz ISM band, making it suitable for use in a variety of wireless applications.

Features of the ON Semiconductor AX5031-1-TW30 include:

• Low-noise amplifier with a noise figure of 2.5 dB
• Power amplifier with a peak output power of +20 dBm
