CODEC 64 Pin 64-TFBGA
AS3518-ECTP Overview
In order to save space, it is packaged in the 64-TFBGA package. Tape & Reel (TR) packaging method is used. Due to the fact that this part is of the type Audio, it is capable of delivering high-efficiency performance in a wide range of applications. As a mounting type, it uses Surface Mount. It features 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. There are 64 pins on this device. The chip is mounted to the PCB using the Surface Mount technology. Ideally, the supply voltage should remain at 5.5V. 1V should be the minimum value of supply voltage. It is set to the maximum value of 85°C so normal use can be maintained. Keeping the operating temperature at -20°C will maintain regular use. Powered by 6.77mA, it runs continuously.
