AS3490 Overview
Its 12-UFBGA, WLCSP package is used to save board space. There are 3 outputs used for the design of this LED drivers.It adopts the way of Surface Mount for mounting.It emergys as a DC DC Regulator with high efficiency and reliable performance.It is able to work normally at the operating temperature of -30°C~85°C TA.It provides considerable benefits for Backlight.It operates based on the frequency of 2MHz.If the voltage supply is less than 2.5V, undetermined failures will occur.It is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.The supply voltage of 5.5V is an acceptable maximum value.The voltage at the output terminal is 11V.
