AS211-334 Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the RF Switches optimize the performance of the RF Switches.A RF Switch consists of 6 terminations.In order for it to operate properly, RF Switch's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C.In order to operate high power RF switch, 6 pins are required.This RF switch ic is more efficient and stable due to its HIGH ISOLATION feature.An RF switch ic with the General Purpose RF type.RF Switchs that can supply 3V volts are available.
