AN44070A-VF Overview
In this package, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.In order to save costs, H bridge is included in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.Bridge driver is possible to ensure improved reliabilbridge drivery by varying the supply voltage of 3V~5.5V.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.Motor driver H bridge works normally at -20°C~70°C TA's operating temperature.DC Motors, General Purpose is pretty useful in a variety of applications.On PCBs, Surface Mount mounts H gate.Accordingly, the maximum acceptable operating temperature is 70°C in order to avoid excessive costs.Ideally, the operating temperature should be at -20°C in order to avoid excessive costs.
