ADP667ARZ Overview


The package is delivered in a Tube case. In order to package the IC voltage regulator, a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used. On the Voltage regulator IC, there are 8 terminations that can be connected. This IC Regulator has a type of output called Adjustable (Fixed). There are 1 regulators implemented in this electroic component. Surface Mount can be adjusted in the Linear IC in order to vary the temperature range over which Linear Regulator operates. The IC voltage regulator must be maintained at -40°C~85°C degrees for it to function. As you can see, this regulator's output function is configured to be Positive.
