Description: The Analog Devices ADIS16210CMLZ is a MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) accelerometer that provides precision tri-axial measurements of acceleration in the X, Y, and Z axes. It is capable of measuring acceleration up to 1.7g and operates on a voltage range of 3.0V to 3.6V.
