AD9361BBCZ-CSL Overview
In order to save board space, the 144-LFBGA, CSPBGA package RF transceiver IC is used. As a RF transceiver's mounting method, Surface Mount is used.It emerges as a TxRx Only with transceiver RF's high efficiency.The RF transceiver that you are looking at comes from our well-known AD9361 series product line.The system operates at a frequency of 70MHz ~ 6GHz.
