Features of the AD8302ARU include a wide dynamic range of up to 80 dB, low noise of 0.5 dB, and a wide frequency range of 2.7 GHz. The device also features a low power consumption of only 1.2 mA and a low input impedance of 50 ohms. Additionally, the device has a high linearity of up to 0.1 dB and a low distortion of 0.1%.
