AD5693RBCPZ-2RL7 Overview


The package that contains this software is called 8-UFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 3V volts needs to be provided. It is designed to maximiTape & Reel (TR)e space efficiency by containing the FPGA model in Tape & Reel (TR). In total, it has a total of 8 terminations. In my opinion, this FPGA could produce fantastic results if mounted in Surface Mount, provided that its specifications are followed. When this module is operated at its maximum operating temperature, it reaches 105°C. A higher operating temperature than -40°C is recommended. A total of 8 pins are included in this device. This device is capable of supporting a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V. Using 2.7V as the minimum supply voltage, it can operate.
