AD5676RBCBZ-RL Overview
There are two packages that contain it: WLCSP-16 package and X package. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Data Converter ICs family. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. The AD5676R series FPGA is a type of FPGA that belongs to the AD5676R family of FPGAs.
