A54SX16P-2TQ176 Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 176-LQFP package and X package. Having 147 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. Logic blocks consist of 1452 logic elements/cells. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. The supply voltage of the device is 3V~3.6V 4.75V~5.25V , at which it runs. The SX series FPGA is a type of FPGA that belongs to the SX family of FPGAs. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within 0°C~70°C TA range. There is an FPGA model contained in Tray in order to conserve space. In order to find related parts, use the part number A54SX16 as a base. In this case, there are 176 pins on the board.
