A3281ELHLT Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) package done to protect the magnetic switch from damage. In order to prevent damage to the magnetic switches, they are packaged in SOT-23W packages. Good performance is achieved by magnetic switches that can supply 8mA as maximum current. If these switches work, they can output 25mA as the maximum current. Switches require 3 pins to work. 3 terminations are contained in it. The switches should normally output 25mA current. In a working switch, the maximum voltage should be 24V. It is expected that this switch will supply 12V voltage to ensure reliable operation. There is 4.2V minimum voltage that this magnetic switch can provide.
