87973DY-SC9LF Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the TQFP package, this clock generator is embedded. In this clock generator, LVTTL is used as the input to the clock. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 150MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3.135 V ~ 3.465 V. Test statistics estimate a temperature of 0°C ~ 70°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of LVCMOS, LVTTL logic. There are 52 pins on the frequency generators that are available for use. There are 0°C operations that can be performed on this clock generator, which has impressive low-temperature performance. At 70°C, this RF synthesizer remains functional despite reduced performance. -- series electronic parts are used in this part.
