To save board space, the BGA package is used.Surface Mount is the way telecom switching is mounted.Telecom switching configuration has 640 terminations.It operates with a voltage of 1.8V.Telecom interfaces contain 640 pins.As a telecom IC, PCM TRANSCEIVER is used.A minimum temperature value -40°C is set to ensure normal operation.In order to maintain normal operation, 85°C must be set at its maximum value.During design, 1 functions are configured.640 telecom products have pins designed specifically for their configuration.
