74LVCH244APW/AUJ Overview
Using a neat 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, it works well. There is an external packaging option available for this voltage buffer. The bus transceiver is available in a Surface Mount mount design. Typical Buffer, Non-Inverting logic circuits see a broad range of applications. Network transceivers such as this are fed with a supply voltage of 1.2V~3.6V when they are powered on. A logical driver like this is qualified to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TA. Its output current is 24mA 24mA in the high and low logic states. Currently, bus transceiver supports 3-State outputs.
