67L070 Overview
Protecting the mechanical temperature sensors is achieved by putting them in TO-220-2 packages. By insulating the electrical circuit, the mechanical temperature sensor will prevent the passage of 100mOhm current. There is a minimum operating temperature of 40°C that must be met by this electronic part for it to function properly. Temperature sensors with mechanical components can, however, reach 130°C. The maximum current that a mechanical temperature sensor can carry for an indefinite period of time is 1mA. The sensor has a pin count of 2. The list contains 2 terminations.
