Clock PLL is embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Clock is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 3V ~ 5.5V. The temperature should be set at -40°C ~ 85°C (TA) to ensure reliable performance. Clock, CMOS is designed for clock generator's output.
