For greater flexibility, the 24-TSSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is adopted.A package of Cut Tape has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 3V ~ 58V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C ~ 150°C (TJ).The input type is Non-Inverting.Based on its basis, it integrates 2 Output outputs.An output current of 1.4 A is supported.The gate driver belongs to the EiceDRIVER™ series.
