ZL30281LDG1 Overview
It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, Crystal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. As long as you provide 1.71V ~ 1.89V, 3.135V ~ 3.465V supply voltage, it will work. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C ~ 85°C (TA). With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 100 MHz can be produced. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CML, HCSL, HSTL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. An electrical part such as this one can be classified as a Clock Generator component. As such, it is often referred to as a kind of Clock & Timer ICs clock PLL. A frequency synthesizer with IT ALSO OPERATES AT 3.3V SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
