An RF amplifier with a cost-effective WIDE BAND LOW POWER RF/Microwave device type.General Purpose RF Type from the RF Amplifier.High reliability is provided by the advanced RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).The RF power Amplifier is conveniently packaged in 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363, making it easy to ship internationally.4.5V~5.5V voltage can be supplied by the Amplifiers RF.This RF Amp has the following additional features: LOW NOISEThe supply current must be operated at 24mA in order to deliver its performance.The temperature should not exceed 85°C degrees Celsius.
