Z8018220AEC00TR Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 100-LQFP. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). In the CPU, there are 1 Core 8-Bit cores and 1 Core 8-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TA. ZIP™ is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a Z80180 processor. It has DRAM RAM controllers. A ASCI, CSIO, SCC, UART interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better. As far as I/O is concerned, this CPU runs at 5.0V. To find variants of the microprocessor, try searching with Z80182. 20MHz is the frequency of the CPU. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Surface Mount bus. 5V is the voltage on the CPU core.
